How Long will it Take for My Package to Arrive?
If you are wondering when your package will arrive, take a look at the chart below. Please note: all shipping times are a guideline. Packages could arrive sooner or later than the approximations provided. Weekend days and holidays do not count toward the estimated timelines.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?
As all hair bows are handmade and the business is run by myself, the turn around time can be anywhere between orders 3-7 business days after the order was placed. This times does not include weekends or holidays.
Which Method of Shipping Do You Use?
All packages sent to the US will now have tracking included. For all other international orders I use regular air mail. This means they will not come with tracking information. This method of shipping is the most economical for both of us. These packages will come with insurance coverage. If you live outside the US or Canada and desire tracking or a faster delivery time, please send me an email before placing your order and I can make arrangements that will fit your needs.
If you have a rush request or need to get an item to you for a certain date/occasion, please let me know before placing an order! I cannot guarantee any date when regular shipping is used. Additional postage charges will most likely be required unless your order is placed at least 1 month in advance.
If the Package I Send to You is Returned to Me
It is the customer's responsibility to provide me with a deliverable shipping address. If the address you provide me is incorrect/incomplete, and your package is returned to me, or your package goes unclaimed and is returned to me, you must pay shipping again.
My Package Hasn't Arrived Yet
All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Don’t forget to the allow 3-7 business days for order processing, too! If you still think your order is missing, contact me here: email@example.com and I will find out what has happened to your items, in the event of a loss I will then send off a replacement package. Please keep in mind that I receive an extremely high volume of emails which can sometimes result in a 1-2 day wait before receiving a response. All emails are responded to.
