Payment
I only accept payments through Paypal, this includes using a credit card through Paypal or Paypal funds. Before I begin any order, Paypal payments must be cleared first if paying with an E-Cheque. Sorry, I do not accept giftcards, cash or money orders at this time.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately, due to the nature of my items, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges. All orders are final, and can not be edited, canceled, or changed.
Damaged Goods
If the item(s) you have ordered become damaged while in transit and it's something you'd like to have repaired please contact me. If it is something I know that I can fix I will let you know and we can arrange for it to be repaired. I do ask however, that you handle shipping costs to my location and in return I will handle the costs to ship it back to you... Items that have noticeable damage from mistreatment will not be repaired for free.
Regular and Custom Orders
Custom orders must be purchased prior to the products being made. If you have already paid for a custom order, then that means I have already begun making your custom product therefore you may not change it. Orders are final upon receiving payment. Sorry for the inconvenience, however due to hygienic reasons hair accessories are non-refundable.
