Where is your shop located?
My "headquarters" if you will, is located in Ontario, Canada.
Do you ship to _______?
Yes! I ship worldwide.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Starry Eyed Bowtique accepts payments through Paypal, by credit card or debit card. I do not accept money orders, personal cheques, wire transfers or cash sent through the mail.
Do I need to have a Paypal account?
Not at all! Once you reach the payment portion of your checkout process you will be able to choose whether you want to pay using Paypal funds, a credit card or your debit card.
I like this bow but it's too big/small, can you make one in this size?
Yes! I am always open to custom orders. In most cases I am 100% able to design a bow exactly to your specifications. All bows that are not one of a kind items can be recreated to be larger or smaller than the original. Simply contact me through the contact form in the sidebar and tell me what you're looking for.
How much do custom hair bows cost?
If the bow that you would like to have made is currently in stock but you are looking to have it re-sized there will be no extra cost (i.e., you would like to have the Orange PVC Hair Bow in a Medium size instead of Mini or Huge). The prices are as follows: $8.00 for Mini, $16.00 for a Medium and $22.00 for a Huge. If the hair bow you would like to have made requires a fabric that I do not already have in stock, the fabric will have to be paid for as well as the cost of the bow. Depending on the type of fabric needed the extra price could be anywhere from $5.00-$15.00. However, I do try my best to find the lowest price for custom fabrics.
How long will it take for my custom hair bow to be made?
If your hair bow is simply a re-size request and the fabric it requires is already in stock then the processing time will be the regular 3-7 business days. If your custom project requires fabric to be special ordered it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on where the fabric is ordered from.
